How to book:

These are the steps that you must follow, in order to enroll into a course at Amigos:

  1. Fill out the Student Form. After filling out the Student Form, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it, and to verify that it has all the information we will need in order to book your lessons and/or Host Family in our system.
  2. After we have confirmed your Spanish lessons and Family Stay, you will be required to pay a minimum of 50% of the amount of your Spanish lessons program and or Family Stay.
  3. Once we have received and verified your payment, we will send you:
    • An itinerary of your Spanish Lessons
    • An itinerary of the extra-curricular activities
    • The address of your Home Stay in Cusco
    • A placement test (if necessary)

Note: Our carefully selected families live throughout Cusco, which will give you a better understanding of Cusco outside of just the tourist center. However, Amigos Spanish School and the center are always accessible by walking or local bus rides. It is the school's policy, that all housing arrangements made through the school initially, shall be continued through the school.

We understand that your plans may change during your travels, but once you send in this form we will commit to your reservation of your family stay and/or Spanish lessons. Both Spanish lessons and family stay have limited capacity during the high season from April to September. Therefore, during this period we require at least one month's notice for a change in family stay and/or Spanish lessons. After one month but with more than one week's notice, we will require 25% of the total to be paid. With less than one week's notice we will require that 50% be paid.
